INGREDIENTS

• 200 Gr mango nectar, canned

• 150 Gr yogurt, plain, whole milk, 8 grams protein per 8 ounce

• 2 Gr crystal of the sea carrot powder

• 10 Gr honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Ensure the mango is cut into small pieces for easy blending.
  2. Add the mango, yogurt, Carrot Powder, honey, and ice cubes into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately while cold.
